Not pleased with the service I got from Jay Fontaine. Disappointed overall and I highly don’t recommend to rent or buy a house. In multiple occasions, my call was never answered or even an attempt to address my requests to even rent or find a land contract. They were definitely chasing people to close a deal with less efforts.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience working with Jay and the Fontaine Real Estate Group. Jay and his team helped us navigate the home buying process from out-of-state incredibly smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable at all points, through their wealth of resources, responsiveness, and advocacy. Jay consistently negotiated and advocated with our best interests in mind, and we always felt like we had someone looking out for us as opposed to pressuring us to make a decision. Jay also supported us with inspectors and other third parties throughout the inspection period, no matter the time or day. He's also very welcoming, has integrity, and is a great person. As a bonus, Jay brings extensive knowledge about household needs, construction, and the realities of owning and maintaining a home, and he is very detail oriented during tours, including video tours, which helped us make informed and realistic decisions about the houses we saw. His team was also quickly available to handle logistical and administrative pieces. Jay went the extra mile throughout the whole process, and we highly recommend Jay and his team.

We worked with Jay and he was absolutely wonderful! He heard us when we were talking about what we wanted in a house, our timeline, budget, and how we like to communicate. It was a joy to work with him. We never felt pressured by him, and We felt confident going into purchasing our home, and feel cared for on the back end of it knowing if we have any questions about our home or being homeowners, he still wants to help even though we’ve already closed! We would definitely recommend working with the Fontaine Real Estate Group.
